The bot marks combos and pyramids of 7TV emotes.

• !combo on – turn on.
• !combo off – turn off.
• !combo – show whether it is on.

A combo is five or more different people typing the same set emote in a row, each message being exactly that emote. When the chain breaks, the bot writes KEKW ×7 — combo! The number is how many different people. A pyramid is one person typing 1-2-3-2-1 of one emote, message after message (a peak of three or more). Anyone else's message in between breaks it. Off by default. At most once per 30 seconds per channel. Moderators and the broadcaster turn it on and off.
