Creates a custom command. Example:

• !create !тг My Telegram channel: *link*

Note: Moderators can repeat a created command by putting a number after it. Example:

• !тг 10

Replaceable tags: You can put tags anywhere in the command text and the bot will replace them with the matching value. Tags:

• ${notag} – the bot will not tag whoever called the command.
• ${user} – the name of the chatter who called the command.
• ${randomchatter} – picks a random chatter (the bot needs moderator rights for this).
• ${title} – the stream title.
• ${game} – the current category.
• ${arg1} – the first word after the command.
• ${arg2} – the second word after the command.
• ${arg3} – the third word after the command.
• ${args} – every word after the command.

Viewer words in ${arg1}–${arg3} and ${args} go through the word filter. The bot treats only a nickname as the addressee ("!hug @nick"). Example:
