A viewer queue — for playing with viewers and anything else where people are called one at a time.

• !queue – whether the queue is open, how many are in it and who is first.
• !queue join – join the queue.
• !queue leave – leave it.
• !queue pos – your position.

For a moderator, the broadcaster and the bot owner:

• !queue open – open the queue.
• !queue open 20 – open it with 20 places.
• !queue close – stop new entries; those already in stay.
• !queue next – call the first one ("@name, you're up!") and take them out of the queue.
• !queue list – the first ten in order.
• !queue clear – empty the queue.
• !очередь – the same in Russian.

The queue survives a bot restart: it is kept in a database, not in memory. While the queue is open, join, leave and pos work without the shared cooldown — otherwise out of thirty people only two would get in. Spam is held back by a personal limit: one answer per person every 5 seconds. The command's access level on the site does not apply to these three while the queue is open; to stop entries use !queue close. The queue holds at most 500 people. !join belongs to the giveaway, which is why the queue uses !queue join. If the channel has its own command called !queue, that one answers and the built-in stays silent.
