Remove VIP — now, after a while or when the stream ends.

• !unvip @name – now.
• !unvip @name in 2h – in two hours.
• !unvip @name offline – when the stream ends.
• !unvip cancel @name – cancel a scheduled removal.

Moderators and the streamer only. "When the stream ends" means ten minutes offline after being live: a short drop does not count. If the stream is not live now, the VIP goes when the next stream ends. All scheduled removals of the channel: !vips. Works once the streamer has connected the bot permissions on the website: Twitch allows this only with the streamer's own token, not a moderator's — even when that moderator is the bot. Until then the command says exactly that.
