Get pinged in chat when the stream starts or the title or category changes.

• !notifyme live – stream start.
• !notifyme title – title change.
• !notifyme game – category change.
• !notifyme game dota – only if the new category contains this word.
• !notifyme – what you are subscribed to.
• !removeme – unsubscribe from everything, !removeme title – from one.

The bot posts one message in the channel chat with the names of everyone who subscribed: 🔔 the stream has started: title — @name1 @name2. Title and category changes are announced at most once every 10 minutes. Subscriptions belong to each channel. When the command is turned off on the website, the pings stop too. Twitch only.
