Translate a text into English, Russian, German or Spanish.

• !translate text – into the channel language; if the text is already in it — into English (on an English channel — into Russian).
• !translate en text – into English.
• !translate ru text – into Russian.
• !translate de text – into German.
• !translate es text – into Spanish.
• !перевод – the same in Russian.

The source text can be in any language, up to 300 characters. The translation is made by the same neural network that answers !ai and goes through the same word filter as every bot answer. The default cooldown is 30 seconds: every translation is a request to a paid model. If the channel has its own command with the same name, that one answers. Twitch only.
