Raids are on by default. When a raid of 15 viewers or more arrives, the bot posts "Raid from name with 25 viewers!". Smaller raids are not announced. The shoutout for the raider is off by default; turn it on with !notify shoutout on. For the shoutout the bot has to be a moderator of the channel, and Twitch has its own limit: one shoutout per two minutes, and the same channel at most once an hour. The raid message goes out even when the shoutout does not. Turning raids off removes both. Stream start is off by default. Turn it on and the bot posts "The stream has started: title (category)". The bot checks once a minute, so the message may come up to a minute late. If the stream drops and starts again, the bot says it again no sooner than half an hour later. Subs, Bits, watch streaks and moderator anniversaries are off by default. A gift bomb ("gifting 10 subs to the chat") is announced as one message. Bits — from 100 at a time, plus a new Bits badge. The welcome for newcomers is off by default; your own text is set in the channel settings on the website. A newcomer is someone writing in the channel's chat for the first time, or whose message Twitch marked as an introduction. The bot welcomes at most once every 5 minutes: a second newcomer within those minutes is not welcomed. On a freshly connected channel there is no welcome until the bot knows the regular viewers. The welcome also works on Kick (turned on on the website). Hype Train and channel goals are off by default and work only after the streamer has given consent on the website (Twitch sends these events only with it). The bot posts when a train starts, at each new level and at the end — noting a channel record; for a goal — when it appears and when it is reached. For moderators and the streamer only. Twitch only.
