A channel points prediction from the chat.

• !prediction Will we win? | Yes | No – two minutes to bet.
• !prediction Will we win? | Yes | No 60s – one minute to bet.
• !prediction lock – close betting.
• !prediction win 1 – the first outcome won, points go to those who picked it.
• !prediction cancel – cancel, everyone gets the points back.

Moderators and the streamer only. Twitch limits: a question up to 45 characters, 2 to 10 outcomes, an outcome up to 25 characters, 30 seconds to 30 minutes to bet. The number in win is the order in which the outcomes were written. Twitch offers predictions to affiliates and partners only. Works once the streamer has connected the bot permissions on the website: Twitch allows this only with the streamer's own token, not a moderator's — even when that moderator is the bot. Until then the command says exactly that.
